Add a Note to an Existing Order
There may be instances where you need to provide additional details to your fuel vendor or the Fuel Me team when you are placing your Order. For example, perhaps you want to share an gate code that grants access to your Site or provide specific instructions when it comes to dropping off your fuel.
Fuel Me allows you to easily share these instructions by using the 'Notes' feature on the Order record.
1. Start the 'New Order' process by clicking on '+ New Order' in the top left corner
2. Click on the 'Notes' icon in the top right corner of the Order record
3. Give your Note a Title then enter the details in the 'New Note' field
4. Click 'Save'
1. Navigate to the Order by searching for the PO in the Orders queue
2. Click on the 'More Actions' drop down then click on 'Notes'
3. Give your Note a Title then enter the details in the 'New Note' field
4. Click 'Save'
