Fuel Me's Drop Ticket feature allow you to manage and track delivery confirmations all from one place. You can access the Drop Ticket tab by clicking into an Order in the Delivered status and navigating to the Drop Ticket tab.
Only Orders that have been Delivered will have the Drop Ticket tab available. The Fuel Vendor or a Fuel Me Admin will upload the Drop Ticket to your account after the Delivery.
To access your Order Details:
1. Click on Orders from the main side bar menu
2. Click into an Order in the Delivered stage
3. Click on the 'Details' icon
4. Click on the Drop Ticket tab
Within the Drop Ticket, you will see:
Delivery date
Time
Location
Special notes or documents, such as a hard copy of the Drop Ticket
